PHOTOS + MEASUREMENTS

To begin the VID process, we require photos of the chosen space from every possible angle and accurate measurements of the walls, as well as the size of the room and any other extra pieces of furniture you would like to keep in the design.

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, you will be contacted within 1 to 2 business days to discuss the vision and length of the project, and more in-depth details. The consultation can be done via email or Zoom, whichever option you prefer.

After the first consultation, a mood board will be created based on your vision, ideas, and suggestions as well as our own. You will have the option to review and approve the mood board before moving forward to the next step of the process.

Halfway through the process of VID, CLDN will create a 2D floor plan and rendering of the future space. This is where the photographs and measurements come in handy as they will allow us to create an accurate layout for the design.

Once the layout has been finalized, it's time to source all the furniture, decor and everything in between you might need. You will be able to review three potential designs, pick one, and if needed, provide feedback and revisions for up to three times on the design you pick.

The final step in our VID service process is compiling a complete shopping list for all items used on the digital floor plan and final design. This will serve as your guideline for purchasing and bringing the design to life at your own pace.
